Megan Fox's Make or Break Movie
Megan Fox is known for three things: fighting killer robots along side Shia LeBeouf in two "Transformers" movies; dating Brian Austin Green; and looking really good at movie premieres

In the past month, with the release of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," the hype surrounding Fox has reached a fever pitch and clearly she's growing restless with being pigeon-holed as Tinseltown's latest action-flick hottie. Last week, she complained to EW that "working with [director] Michael Bay is not about an acting experience." Bay promptly retorted in an interview with The Wall Street Journal (of all places), saying "[Fox] says some very ridiculous things because she's 23 years old and she still has a lot of growing to do."

Both of course are true. In spite of Bay's protestations, no one ever went to one of his flicks for the Oscar-worthy performances; they go to see stuff get blown up. And Fox is young and does have a surprisingly thin resume considering her buzz. Since Bay tapped her for the first "Transformers" movie in '07, she's only appeared in two movies and those were both just supporting roles. But that's about to change. For the first time, Megan Fox is set to open a movie -- this fall's horror comedy "Jennifer's Body" where she plays a cheerleader possessed by a boy-hating demon.

Though she has a few more in production, including "Jonah Hex" opposite Josh Brolin, "Jennifer's Body" could be a make-or-break for Fox. If the movie is a success and critics dig her performance, then she might very well become the next Angelina Jolie -- a pretty face with acting cred and industry clout. If this movie tanks, then she could start to spiral down towards Hollywood has-been. Of course, this movie does have one other major asset: Diablo Cody who penned "Jennifer's Body" and also who won Oscar gold for writing "Juno." Judging from trailer, there's plenty of the same snappy pop-culture infused dialogue that made Cody's previous yarn memorable.
